  • Improve access to digital literacy, knowledge and use of technology;

All axes of the ACP Innovation Fund are considered relevant in the scope of PRICNAC project.
AUF’s Francophone Digital Campus cannot be a partner of the consortium. The digital campuses will have a part in the monitoring and evaluation of small scale projects. They may contribute to small scale projects, but may not be granted funding as an official partner.
Partners need to be from eligible Central African countries. Other international partners from the rest of Africa or from the North can be involved, however, they are not eligible for the grant.
No. Rejected projects will not be given time to adjust their application. Only selected applications will be contacted for further information.

No. Proposals should be submitted with a sustainability plan for both phases.

Yes, projects with marketable results or projects falling within the scope of intellectual property or research are eligible.

This will be a continuation of the project, with adjustments in terms of budget and activities determined by the PRICNAC consortium.
It is actually an asset. It should nevertheless be noted that the consortium should only be formed by countries having a direct interest in the PRICNAC project.

1° Conditions regarding the micro-project holders

Applications will only be accepted from :

  • Educational institutions (secondary schools, universities and Grandes écoles);
  • Research centres;
  • Businesses;
  • Young people and women with project ideas
  • Professionals with project ideas;
  • Civil society organisations (NGOs, associations, etc.);
  • Local public administration.

2° Conditions regarding the content of micro-projects

The micro-projects submitted shall comply with the following conditions:

  • Be a multi-stakeholder project;
  • Address at least one of the 4 areas of the ACP Innovation Fund call for proposals;
  • Have a multi-country dimension.

NB: Eligible entities are allowed to form a consortium.

No. Contracting entities to the PRICNAC project should be established since 2017 in at least one of the project countries: Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sao Tome and Principe, Chad.
Individual applications are not eligible. PRICNAC is a sub-regional project that promotes the connection of diverse stakeholders that are part of the innovation and research ecosystem in the Central African region in its efforts to generate sustainable cooperation.
No. However, one organisation can be part of several consortia as an associated party.
Yes, this is an innovation that falls under the four axes of the ACP Innovation Fund.
No. No. These funding grants should necessarily have been received in the context of research-innovation projects.
